On June 15, 2009, within the framework of solomnities on opening of a number of hotels in “Avaza” National tourist zone, the opening ceremony of a branch of the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan has taken place in Avaza.

The branch of the Bank has been disposed on the ground floor of newly opened five-star hotel “Hazyna”.

The opening of the Bank’s branch in Avaza is a step on the way of expansion of geography of presence of State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan in accordance with the passed Strategy of Development of the Bank.

The branch is directed at servicing of corporative and retail clients and rendering assistance to investment companies carrying out work in “Avaza” tourist zone. Clients-individual persons and legal entities can use a wide range of bank services: deposits, consumer crediting, issue and service of plastic cards such as MILLIKART, MasterCard and VISA., money remmitance, currency-exchange operations, rent of safes, crediting of corporative clients, international trade and project financing, documentary operations, factoring, crediting of small – and middle-scale business, settlement-cash service with application of up-to-date information technologies.

• 24-hours access ATM located on the territory of branche’s office is at clients’ service. It allows carrying out following transactions:
  • To receive cash money from card account
  • Inquire balance and receive statement on card account
  • Exchange national currency from card account onto foreign currency by rate established by Interbank Currency Exchnage of Turkmenistan
