Dear cardholders of MILLIKART and VISA of the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan

We are pleased to inform you of that new automatic tellers machines (ATMs) are set in operation at the Bank’s office and its adjacent place. This event  is one of steps implementing the Strategy on expansion of the plastic cards system of Turkmenvnesheconombank adopted according the purpose of execution the Presidential Decree «About incorporating the unified bank automated system and establishing the national system of payment cards» dated Novruz (March) 26, 2006.

New ATMs allow to cash withdrawal from Millikart and VISA plastic cards at the Bank’s office during working hours and at the «Bank 24» - its adjacent place at any time. As well, ATMs enable to exchange from national to foreign currency through Millikart at a prevailed commercial rate fixed by the Central Bank of Turkmenistan and to transfer money resources from card-account of one card-holder onto another.

Further in the future, according to the above-mentioned Strategy, the Bank considers: sequential expansion of “Automated Banking Branches” network which are equipped with ATMs, creation of payment terminals network as well as improvement of functional opportunities of the Bank’s plastic cards system.
