1. An order of opening by physical persons of the account in a foreign currency.



For account opening in a foreign currency the physical person gives the original of the passport and its copy in Division of physical persons accounts of Department of settlement operations of bank and fills an application form on account opening.
Account opening in a foreign currency for the physical person costs - 7 US dollars.



2. An order of crediting legal and physical persons.



The bank gives credits to following categories of clients:

• to the state enterprises on replenishment of circulating assets, realization of industrial investment projects, purchase of the highly technological equipment, development of an infrastructure and other purposes. Credits are given as in national, and foreign currencies.
• to private enterprises, with a view of average and small-scale business development. Credits stand out on realization of industrial and trading projects, purchase of raw materials and the equipment for the purposes having industrial character. At the expense of own means of bank credits can stand out as in national, and foreign currencies;
• to physical persons on employment by enterprise activity, on purchase of the goods of long using (consumer credits), the building purposes. Credits are given in national currency.

Package of the documents given by the legal body in bank:

• the credit demand or the petition;
• business - the plan;
• balance for last accounting date and balance for the last 3 years;
• the report on profits and losses;
• copies of contracts (contracts) or invoices confirming to the financed goods, carried out works and services;
• copies of constituent documents, certificates on registration of the legal person and the Extract from the Uniform state register of legal bodies;
• a card with samples of signatures and an impress of a seal, testified notarially or the higher organization.

Package of the documents given by the physical person - the individual businessman in bank:

• the credit demand or the petition;
• business - the plan;
• the declaration under the tax to incomes of the physical person - the individual businessman;
• copies of contracts (contracts) or invoices confirming to the financed goods, carried out works and services;
• registration certificate and patent copies (if it is provided by operating standard legal certificates), and also licences by licensed kinds of activity;
• a card with samples of signatures and an impress of a seal, testified notarially.

Package of the documents given by the physical person in bank:

• the credit demand or the petition of the physical person;
• the document proving the identity;
• the inquiry on income sources.

The decision on credit delivery is accepted after studying of documents by credit workers and demand consideration at session of Credit Committee.
